Pre-ordering lets you secure upcoming figures and model kits before they are released — often at a better price and without the risk of missing out.
How it works
- Pay a deposit. Add a pre-order item to your cart and check out. You only pay the deposit shown on the product page (usually 30% or a fixed amount). No shipping fee is charged yet.
- We secure your item. Your deposit reserves your piece with the manufacturer. You will get a confirmation email, and you can track the status anytime in My Account → Orders.
- Your item arrives. When stock reaches our station, we email (and may WhatsApp) you a secure link to pay the balance.
- Pay the balance + shipping. Confirm your address, choose your courier (rates are calculated live), and pay the remaining amount. We pack your item carefully and ship it out.
Good to know
- Pre-orders are checked out separately from ready-stock items. If your cart already has ready-stock items, complete that order first, then come back for your pre-order (and vice versa). This keeps deposits and shipping simple and means your ready-stock items ship right away.
- You can pre-order several items in one checkout. Their balances can be paid together when they arrive, so they ship in one parcel.
- Vouchers can be used on full-price and balance payments, not on deposits.
- Release dates are estimated by the manufacturer and can change. We will keep you updated.
- Please pay the balance by the due date in your email. If you need more time, just WhatsApp us.
