BnP Wan Wan Station | Authentic Figures, Model Kits & Rare Collectibles in Malaysia

Yes, absolutely! We guarantee that all our model kits and figures are 100% original and authentic. We source our items (including Bandai, Heat Boys, and PIJI Studio) directly from authorized distributors.

"Ready Stock" items are in our warehouse and ready to be packed and shipped to you immediately. "Pre-Order" items are upcoming releases; pre-ordering secures your piece before it officially launches. Pre-orders are shipped as soon as the stock arrives at our station.

Before opening any of the clear plastic bags inside the box, please thoroughly inspect all the runners (sprues) against the manual. If you spot a factory defect or missing piece while the bags are still sealed, contact us immediately. Please note: we cannot accept returns or replace parts once the plastic bags have been opened.

As fellow collectors, we know that box condition matters! Every model kit is carefully wrapped in thick bubble wrap and placed inside a sturdy corrugated cardboard box to ensure the runners and the box art arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition.

Ready Stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once your package is handed over to the courier, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

Pre-orders and ready-stock items are checked out separately. Simply complete one checkout first (for example your ready-stock items, so they ship right away), then place your pre-order. Several pre-order items can go in the same checkout.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, secure online banking (FPX) and popular local e-wallets via Billplz, so you can check out easily in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

You pay a deposit when you pre-order (shown on each product page). When your item arrives, we email you a secure link to pay the remaining balance plus shipping — you choose your courier at that point. See "How Pre-Orders Work" for the full guide.
